barre n9ne® method Our signature class. Our method combines Pilates, ballet, and weight training. The class has an intense pace with no-impact, while burning fat and increasing stamina. Includes upper body work with free weights followed by effective barre work to tone the legs and seat which create long, lean muscles. Finally we end with core work and stretching. This class is safe for all ages and fitness levels. The barre will be utilized in this class.
barre fusion A combination of the upper body portion of fusion with the lower body portion of barre n9ne method! The best of both worlds! barre fusion utilizes balls and bands to tone your upper body along with the barre and mat to tone your lower body! Your legs will get slimmer, your abs flatter, your arms more toned, your back stronger and more defined....the list goes on! This class is safe for all ages and fitness levels. The barre will be utilized in this class.
fusion Do you want long, lean legs, a lifted seat, rock hard abs, & sleek sexy arms? A total body class utilizing all our non-barre exercises. A perfect blend to get you incredibly fit! Safe for all ages and fitness levels. The barre will NOT be utilized in this class.
toned, firm, fit & ready TFFR as we like to call it, otherwise known as "instructors choice"! A total body class aimed at targeting those tough-to-tone areas using a variety of equipment to both keep the content fresh and to challenge its participants. It’s not going to be easy, but nothing worth working for ever is. Put yourself to the test - fitting into your skinny jeans will be your reward! This class may or may not utilize the ballet barre. Safe for all ages and fitness levels.
rock your body We will use weights to tone your upper body and the mat to tone your lower body! Essentially the opposite of barre fusion! You will begin with upper body exercises utilizing 2 and 3lb weights, followed by abdominal work and ending with our favorite lower body mat based sequences! This fun and incredibly effective class focuses on proper form and correct alignment to tone muscle and give you that long, lean look you have always wanted! This class is safe for all ages and fitness levels and does not utilize the ballet barre.
barre n9ne® cardio Be prepared to SWEAT! This class will get your heart rate up and leave you sweating with 30 minutes of easy to follow cardio moves followed by our signature barre n9ne® method class! To top it off we end with effective abdominal exercises, glute work and stretching to create long lean muscles! Bring clean indoor sneakers, a towel and water! Individuals who have knee issues who cannot do any sort of jumping should NOT attend this class. This class is not designed for women who are expecting or who are less than 6 weeks post partum.
arms & abs Hate that jiggle when you wave goodbye? Want a tight flat stomach with no muffin top? Then this is the class for YOU. We will work your core to the max while helping you get shapely shoulders, toned triceps, a strong back & beautiful biceps! You will love how you look in that strapless dress, bikini & tank top! The barre will not be utilized in this class.
long & lean legs Lose those extra inches in your thighs, get rid of that "swoop" on the side of your hips, & get lean legs (and a lifted booty!) all by taking this class! How could you not after working your legs (and butt) for an hour! This class is safe for all ages and fitness levels. This is a mat based class and will not utilize the barre.
knockout Roll with the punches while using a combination of both easy to follow cardio exercise and kickboxing techniques to shape, sculpt and tone your body to perfection. b9® knockout is a low impact class designed to elevate your heart rate as well as challenge your muscles and mind. Looking for the perfect combination of a fun power hour and heart pumping cardio, this is it! Wear clean sneakers and bring a towel as you will get SWEATY! This class is safe for all ages and fitness levels.
all you can barre A total body class performed entirely at the ballet barre. This class will get your heart rate up and into maximum calorie burning mode utilizing light weights, resistance bands and the ballet barre! Combines strength and explosiveness to activate and integrate all the major muscle groups for an extremely fun and SWEATY workout! all you can barre is set to motivating and upbeat music. The instructor will provide hands on corrections, demonstrate modifications if needed, while also joining in when appropriate! If you want to SWEAT, lean out your legs, tone your arms, lift your seat, and flatten your abs you don't want to miss this class! This class is safe for all ages and fitness levels. Class is performed barefoot or with sticky/grip socks. Safe for expecting women.
