Walking and running are a great compliment to our barre n9ne classes. That is why in 2016 we launched our Rhythm + Stride™ treadmill classes- a workout for walkers, joggers, & runners. Those who are experienced and those who are just starting out! Whether you are a seasoned runner, a power walker or just ready to start moving we have something for you. Our classes are fun yet challenging, fresh and innovative, incredibly effective and of course sweaty! You will never be bored, you will always be motivated and you will leave feeling amazingly accomplished. Your body will change and so will your mind.
