One on One and Small Group Personalized Training We offer 30 minute and 50 minute one on one and small group single training sessions. Your workouts will become twice as effective because you will learn how to connect with your body and work it to its highest capacity. Most of our clients realize amazing results with 1-2 sessions per week. These workouts will be customized for your unique body and your fitness goals.
